Job Title: Associate Attorney - Creditor's Rights

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend court hearings and properly handle appearances in a timely manner
- Arrange court coverage when necessary and provide all necessary documents for attorney's appearance
- Draft and file motions during litigation
- Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including overnight stays in distant counties
- Communicate with consumers, employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts and suits

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, additional licensing in other states is a plus
- Comfortable appearing in court and able to provide own transportation
- Willingness to travel, with reimbursement for expenses
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
