## Ethics and Risk Management Attorney – Law Firm Sacramento

Law firm Klinedinst PC (KPC) is seeking an experienced attorney to join the dynamic team in their growing Ethics and Risk Management Practice Group. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a background in legal ethics who desires to practice full-time in this burgeoning area of the law, and will also involve State Bar Discipline defense work.

**Qualifications:**

- Active member of the State Bar of California with a strong academic background
- At least 5 years of experience handling professional liability, ethics, and/or State Bar of California disciplinary matters
- Significant litigation practice experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player

**Compensation:**

- Pay range: $130,000-190,000 per year (depending on experience)
