Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree; Master’s degree a plus. CPA certificate. 8+ years of relevant experience. Ability to identify and propose resolutions to complex income tax issues. Demonstrated advanced project management skills. Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service. Excellent research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex tax matters in “business” language. Ability to integrate and team with others. Thorough understanding of both accounting and income tax compliance issues associated with private equity. Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced and complex environment. Strong team player with emphasis on the continued growth and development of team members. Excellent analytical skills and judgment.
