Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Partner in the Probate practice area. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding the firm's probate practice while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Duties:

• Spearhead and oversee the firm's Probate practice area, providing leadership and strategic direction.
• Manage a caseload of complex probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and trust administration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other partners and associates to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Stay current with legal developments in probate law and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in this practice area.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in probate law with a focus on estate administration and probate litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a probate practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
