As part of the United States National Tax Services team, the Senior Associate will assist tax-exempt organizations with various tax issues, including obtaining and preserving tax-exempt status, identifying planning opportunities, and complying with tax requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, with a preference for a Juris Doctorate and knowledge in accounting and taxation. Certification as a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar is also preferred. Responsibilities for this role include using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and personal strengths, delegating tasks to others, critical thinking, and utilizing a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends. The Senior Associate must also uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. PwC is a technology-enabled tax advisor that provides value through digitization and automation. They offer unparalleled technical knowledge and industry insights, along with the One Firm knowledge to solve clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with programming in SAS or a statistical software package, conducting statistical analyses, and providing statistical consulting services. They should also have a strong understanding of tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations and a variety of tax forms.
