Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is looking for skilled and motivated attorneys with at least 3 years of experience to join their team in the areas of General Municipal Law, Code Enforcement, Water Law, and Sanitation District Law. Salary Information:
- Associates: $140,000 - $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses
- Income Partners: $216,000 - $315,000 plus discretionary bonuses
- Actual salaries within these ranges dependent on years of practice and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling legal matters related to General Municipal Law
- Advising clients on Code Enforcement, Water Law, and Sanitation District Law
- Conducting research and drafting legal documents
- Participating in client meetings and negotiations
- Assisting with business development efforts
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Contributing to the firm's culture of inclusion and diversity

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- At least 3 years of experience in General Municipal Law or related areas
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
