WSHB Law Firm is seeking an experienced and licensed associate attorney to join their expanding general liability and personal injury practice in Orange County, CA. Position: Associate Attorney
Location: Orange County, CA (Aliso Viejo)
Experience: 2-8 years
Salary: Competitive with potential for bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation
- Handle a wide range of matters for domestic and international insurance carriers and large private clients
- Conduct rapid response investigations, case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, and trial presentation
- Utilize strategic thinking to meet client objectives
- Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills
- Familiarity with insurance defense litigation and carrier billing and reporting guidelines preferred

Requirements:
- Licensed attorney in California
- 2-8 years of experience in civil litigation defense
- Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion writing
- Knowledge of California employment law is a plus
