In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing vendor contracts to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies. You will also advise business lines on risk decisions related to contracts and work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Understand and apply internal contracting policies, third-party risk policies, and procurement practices
- Work on amendments, statements of work, and other contract documents
- Lead contract negotiations and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with strategic vendors and business lines
- Utilize supporting applications to gather necessary information for negotiations
- Have a basic understanding of contract drafting and negotiations
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement contract administration

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and financial services industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Location Expectations:

- Hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week
