Summary:

TorkLaw, a top-performing law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate is kind, compassionate, responsible, and service-oriented with a strong ethical compass and a track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will have at least two years of personal injury experience and be licensed to practice law in their state.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
Draft and file necessary legal documents.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about the progress of their cases.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in their state.
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, with a focus on pre-litigation.
Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
