We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney with at least 3-4 years of experience in civil litigation defense, including construction defect and insurance coverage. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation plan and excellent benefits package, based in our Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial caseload of litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare for and take depositions
- Review client documents and draft case evaluations
- Assist with mediations and court appearances

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Arizona state and federal courts
- Additional state admissions, such as California, a plus
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple case files in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and strong organization and prioritization skills
