Walsworth, a leading law firm specializing in Toxic Tort defense, is seeking a motivated Associate with 3-7 years of experience in non-asbestos toxic tort matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery, take depositions, prepare and argue motions, and assist with trial preparation
Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in non-asbestos toxic tort matters
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators to develop and execute legal strategies
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service

Qualifications:

Admitted to the State Bar of California
3-7 years of experience in the defense of non-asbestos toxic tort matters
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Salary and Benefits:

Annual base salary starting at $130,000 – $170,000 (actual salary dependent on experience and other factors)
Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $29,000
