job duties: develops and delivers global data protection and privacy strategies to client c-suite/board builds cross-culture functionality for clients to operationalize global privacy programs develops and delivers privacy operations program plans for global corporate clients manages bdo usa team members and collaborates with bdo member firms and offshore team members provides detailed level information to clients around ccpa, cpra, pipl, gdpr, lgpd, pipeda among other domestic and global privacy laws guides and advises team members around project budget and scheduling establishes new relationships to drive new opportunities to bdo complies with bdo’s quality risk management, data protection, and other frameworks to ensure consistency across service delivery manages and maintains relationships with client professionals, and introduces other bdo professionals to expand on existing relationships manages the day-to-day project requirements, as well as the on-site and/or remote team ensures clients receive timely, actionable and thoughtful responses to questions, data subject requests, or supervisory authority inquiries builds relationships with other bdo
