The Legal Director and Associate General Counsel is a senior position within the legal department of a global technology company. The role primarily involves providing legal support and counsel to the IT and Legal Affairs organizations on technology-related matters and initiatives. German language fluency and experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time, hybrid role with up to 20% domestic travel. The expected compensation range for this position is $215,577 - $263,483.
