Job Description:

The Litigation Associate will be part of the Litigation practice group at Phelps Dunbar and will handle a variety of litigation matters. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in depositions and oral arguments, if they have prior experience in these areas.
