Duties:

  • Collaborate with a Board Certified AV Rated Civil Trial attorney on personal injury cases.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and gathering evidence.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other pre-trial proceedings.
  • Participate in trial preparation activities, such as witness preparation and exhibit organization.
  • Represent clients in personal injury trials, presenting arguments and examining witnesses.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their personal injury claims.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Keep abreast of legal developments in personal injury law.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Florida.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing personal injury trial law.
  • Strong litigation skills and trial experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Florida.
