As a Senior Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to lead trials and depositions, review legal documents, and develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants, and be a part of a growing and dynamic law firm.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Leading trials and depositions to fight for our clients and win the largest settlements and verdicts achievable.
Reviewing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Developing legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for our clients.
Delivering arguments and representing clients in personal injury matters.
Leading a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Senior Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm, you must meet the following requirements:

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
At least three years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation and trial.
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Experience leading a team of associates and paralegals preferred.
Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
Willingness to commute to or relocate to Los Angeles, CA (90010).
