In this role, the selected candidate will lead government contracts litigation matters, encompassing contract claims, bid protests, and size protests. The position calls for adeptly navigating the complex terrain of the civil False Claims Act, conducting comprehensive internal investigations, and serving as a resolute advocate for justice. Candidates will also guide clients through suspension and debarment proceedings while ensuring equitable resolution of prime/subcontractor disputes. Additionally, providing sage counsel on a wide spectrum of government contracts compliance issues, including domestic preferences, data rights, small business considerations, cybersecurity, and cost/CAS concerns, will be a pivotal responsibility. Candidates with six or more years of hands-on experience in government contracts law are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated expertise in litigation and compliance across a broad spectrum of government contract issues is essential. An in-depth understanding of the intricate legal landscape governing government contracts is a must.
