Duties

  • Represent developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, focusing on acquisitions and public/private financing transactions.
  • Handle affordable housing tax credit transactions, if applicable.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews for real estate transactions.
  • Draft acquisition documents and review a variety of loan documents.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.
  • Strong fundamentals in title and survey review.
  • Excellent drafting skills for acquisition documents.
  • Proficiency in reviewing diverse loan documents.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
