Job Overview:

The Business And Technology Attorney will provide legal support in various aspects of the firm's operations, including corporate matters, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation. The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and at least three years of legal experience.

Duties:

• Support the firm in day-to-day operations, including all operations, billing, marketing, and business development.
• Develop and maintain legal skills in all areas of firm practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in South Carolina.
• Membership to the Patent Bar (if handling patent applications).
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
