We are seeking junior and mid-level Associates to join our Wilmington, Delaware office and handle a diverse Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment and Toxic Tort practice in Delaware state and federal courts.

### Qualifications
- 4-8 years of civil litigation experience
- Judicial clerkship or Department of Justice experience a plus
- Must be licensed in Delaware

### Compensation
