Job Summary:

O’Hagan Meyer LLP, a leading civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney to join their growing team in the new Sacramento office. The ideal candidate will have 1-10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting, with a preference for labor and employment experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the established team of litigators in the Sacramento office.
- Handle a robust client base and have opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Provide preventative counseling and take a results-oriented approach to litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality written work.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

- Must be admitted to the California Bar.
- 1-10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
- Preference for labor and employment experience, but general civil litigation experience is welcome.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet the annual billing requirement of 1,900 hours, with potential bonuses for exceeding this minimum.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $115, to $190, per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, O'Hagan Meyer LLP also offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the firm.
