Are you an experienced construction law attorney looking for a new opportunity? Burke, Williams & Sorensen's well-established construction law and public law practice groups are seeking a Senior Construction Law Attorney to join their team in Oakland.

Responsibilities:
- Draft construction documents and construction-related commercial law contracts
- Provide advice to public agencies on procurement strategies for public works
- Draft or revise construction contracts, commercial terms and conditions, bond forms, invitations to bid, and procurement of professional services
- Experience in construction law dispute resolution (public and private) desired but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
- Associates: $140,000 – $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses
- Income Partners: $216,000 – $315,000 plus discretionary bonuses
- Actual salaries within ranges depending on years of practice and experience
- Hybrid work arrangement option and annual telecommute budget for remote work
- 1850 billable hour requirement
- Competitive health insurance benefits and 401(k) with partial match
- Eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses
