The Senior Counsel - Corporate & Transactions will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and services to Nissan North America's management and employees, while managing and advising on complex corporate transactions. This position requires a Juris Doctorate from a top-rated law school and Bar Admission in at least one . jurisdiction, with eligibility to be admitted in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate/commercial transaction matters, with a focus on managing sophisticated transactions and a track record of successfully partnering with key functional areas of the business. Salary Information: The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
