• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and precedents.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws, regulations, and legal principles.

Education:
