Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience in construction law, including litigation matters. Prior experience working in the development and construction industry is a plus. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings and motions; performing legal research; reviewing and responding to discovery requests; and assisting lead attorneys with case strategy. Excellent academic performance, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required. Colorado bar admission preferred. ### Benefits and Compensation Salary for this role will range between $180,000 and $202,500, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
