Law Firm is looking to hire an Associate Attorney for its Irvine office. This position offers a full-time, exempt schedule with business hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday and a competitive salary range of $135,000-$150,000/annually. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately, providing litigation defense or prosecution of civil claims, responding to client concerns to increase and retain business, and participating in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm’s visibility in the community and within the industry. Qualifications: Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical, research, and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively with others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and reprioritize caseload Commitment to professional development and continuous learning 1-3 years attorney experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business and/or real estate law Experience with ProLaw or other billing and document management program At Law Firm, we offer a rewarding work environment that values a work-life balance and fosters a culture of professional growth and opportunities.
