Overview:
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for our National Tax Services Exempt Organizations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tax-exempt organizations, including colleges and universities, health care entities, foundations, supporting organizations, and other cultural and religious organizations. You will assist these organizations in achieving measurable results by providing tax advice and guidance, identifying planning opportunities, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues and provide tax advice and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and personal strengths.
- Delegating tasks to provide stretch opportunities for team members.
- Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Utilizing a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
- Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Knowing how and when to use tools available for a given situation.
- Seeking and embracing opportunities for exposure to different situations and perspectives.
- Communicating effectively and adapting behavior to build relationships.
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Juris Doctorate preferred.
- Knowledge of exempt organization tax issues and compliance.
- Experience with SAS or other statistical software.
- Ability to conduct statistical analyses and provide consulting services.
- Technical skills in tax compliance and consulting for non-profit organizations.
- Strong research skills and ability to stay current with industry trends.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification preferred.
