Trademark Associate
The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience. Should preferably have experience with trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus. Must also demonstrate superior writing and communication skills. Foreign language skills are highly valued.
