As a member of the Business Tax Advisory (BTA) - Federal Tax Advisory (FTA) team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest organizations, middle market companies, and private companies. Your role will involve solving complex tax issues and developing effective tax strategies for clients. You will also have the chance to work on projects related to FDII, BEAT, GILTI planning, R&D credits, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is able to think critically and independently, identify new business opportunities, and execute client engagements. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with 4 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 3 years of experience. A valid US Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney designation is also required. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, supporting them with tax research, analysis, and project management. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through mentorship and training from experienced professionals. EY is looking for someone who is willing to learn and innovate, using tools such as SharePoint, MS Power BI, and Alteryx. Travel may be required for this role, and you should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
