Law firm is currently seeking qualified and motivated attorneys to join their National Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice Group and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group.

Consumer Financial Services Litigation / Counsel / Atlanta and Los Angeles

• High level of academic achievement
• Solid law firm experience
• Superb problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in the consumer financial services litigation space
• Motivated, self-starters capable of handling all phases of litigation in a collaborative, team-driven atmosphere
• Salary commensurate with experience
• JD required
• California bar admission required for Los Angeles office
• Georgia bar admission required for Atlanta office

EE/CS Patent Prosecution / Associate / Multi Office

• High level of academic achievement
• Solid law firm, engineering and industry experience
• Superb writing and communication skills
• 2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience
• Degree in electrical engineering or computer science
• Preferred experience in either patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies, data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security, machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science) and hardware security
• JD and admission to the USPTO required
• Salary commensurate with experience
