- Internal position providing partnership tax services to Baker Tilly.
- Work side-by-side with firm leadership to build the business and have a direct impact on the firm's success.

- Act as a trusted business advisor to find creative solutions to complex accounting and business challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business, and sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam.
- CPA license preferred.
- 1+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm preferred.
- Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Suite skills.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
