Gravis Law is currently seeking an experienced Attorney II to join our team. As a mid-level attorney with 4-6 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a self-directed environment with plenty of support and autonomy. Responsibilities:

- Mediation and trial experience
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues
- Writing legal documents such as memorandums, briefs, and letters

- Managing a high volume of cases and maintaining strong organizational and time management skills
- Marketing services to potential clients

Requirements:

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

- Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice
- 4-6 years of experience as an attorney

The Attorney II position requires an average of 1500 billable hours annually, with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices worked. This translates to an average of 30 billable hours per week for a full-time schedule.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $110,000 - $120,000+ based on experience
