We are currently seeking lateral patent attorneys to join our team at a prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a background in computer science or electrical engineering. A graduate degree in physics is also highly desirable. Our firm is particularly interested in practitioners with knowledge and experience in wireless digital communication, optical device/semiconductor processing, and chip design, such as microprocessor architecture.

As a patent agent, you will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, providing legal advice to clients, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patent law and regulations, as well as excellent writing and communication skills.
