The Patent Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence and other related legal services. The successful candidate will be an experienced and knowledgeable Patent Attorney with expertise in Patent Law, Patent Preparation, and Patent Applications, as well as experience in patentability and due diligence assessment. We are looking for a Patent Attorney who is an excellent communicator and has strong analytical skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and colleagues.
