As a member of our Corporate practice group, you will have the opportunity to provide outside general counsel services for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies, as well as act as transaction counsel in a variety of real estate, financing, and joint venture transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as outside general counsel for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies
- Act as transaction counsel in real estate, financing, and joint venture transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to corporate, real estate, and transactional law

Salary Information:
