-Handle related judicial appeals, including appeals pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act and the Land Use Petition Act

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in land use law in Washington State
-Strong understanding of Washington State's planning and land use statutes, including the Growth Management Act, Planning Enabling Act, and Shoreline Management Act
-Experience representing clients in local and state administrative proceedings
-Familiarity with environmental review processes, specifically the State Environmental Policy Act
-Ability to handle related judicial appeals

Salary and Benefits:
-Starting annual base salary in the range of $175,000 to $195,000, based on experience
