Duties:

  • Assume significant responsibility for pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Prepare for and participate in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Handle e-discovery processes, including document review and production.
  • Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal staff on case matters.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience from a regional, national, or outstanding local law firm is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Clerkship and court experience are a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling e-discovery and fact development.
  • Active membership in the Minnesota Bar or eligibility for admission.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active membership in the Minnesota Bar or eligibility for admission.
