Impact of the Supervising Attorney role:

As the Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of attorneys and case managers to achieve the largest settlements possible for our clients. You will have the opportunity to handle a significant caseload and work with various departments to ensure our clients receive the best legal representation and support throughout their case.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

- Manage a team of Case Managers and oversee their caseloads.
- Provide compassionate and informative client service.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
- Communicate with clients daily to discuss legal strategy and treatment plans.
- Analyze fact patterns to establish liability and coverage.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
- Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
