Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business leaders, in-house general counsel, and the legal department of client organizations to develop legal strategies and articulate risks
- Analyze legal issues and provide guidance on balancing risk and business interests
- Advise clients on various business matters such as startups, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents
- Prepare resolutions, consents, and other governance-related documents
- Identify and manage potential legal issues and offer guidance to management on compliance
- Coordinate with other team members and respond promptly to clients
- Effectively organize and monitor client files

Skills and Competencies:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney working with for-profit businesses and/or non-profits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in equity investments and securities, such as structuring funds and joint ventures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with diverse clients
- Willingness to collaborate and support team members in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time and resources effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
