Job Overview:

The Bio Patent Counseling Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and support to biotech companies and investors in patent portfolio development, management, and analysis.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on strategic international patent portfolio development for biotech companies.
• Conduct life cycle management of patents, including non-infringement and invalidity analysis.
• Represent clients in post-grant proceedings.
• Conduct intellectual property due diligence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of patent counseling and prosecution experience.
• Hold a . in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
