Job Description

The successful candidate will have:


  • 2-5 years of experience practicing at a law firm or in a clerkship with a proven interest in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency law.

  • Experience with Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases and litigation, including motion practice.

  • Experience with out-of-court workouts, receiverships and UCC Article 9 foreclosures a plus.

  • Excellent academic performance, strong writing, research and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Colorado bar admission preferred.

Compensation

Salary for this role will range between $187,500 - $210,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits:
