Amazon is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic Legal Department. This role will involve coordinating and supporting a variety of litigation, labor and employment, regulatory, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in litigation case management, operations, finance, or a complex administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal fact investigations for current cases
- Provide support for document and deposition discovery
- Interview internal witnesses
- Investigate and coordinate responses to demand letters, subpoena requests, and pre-dispute communications
- Coordinate and schedule outside counsel
- Participate in witness preparation
- Utilize project management skills to support case preparation activities, litigation discovery, document retention programs, and Legal Department information management efforts
- Domestic travel may be required for small claim hearings

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in litigation case management, operations, finance, or a complex administrative role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new concepts, programs, and software on the job
- Strong ability to work independently with little guidance in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Experience with ACT, Serengeti, Quip, iManage, or similar systems
- Creativity, attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and excellent communication and writing skills
- Passion for technology and innovation

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of $47,500-$102,200 per year, based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
