Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington, DC Bar, or eligibility to waive in.
  • Experience practicing law, focusing on FCC regulations and telecommunications law.
  • Demonstrated experience advising commercial space companies before the FCC.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications law, including the Communications Act of 1934 and related statutes.
  • Knowledge of FCC procedures and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) is preferred.
