In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a smart, motivated, and diverse peer group and make a real impact in the field of immigration law. With a focus on excellence and industry best practices, Fragomen provides a dynamic and challenging environment for Associates to grow and thrive in their careers.

As a Business Immigration Associate, you will be responsible for developing an expert-level understanding of your client base and the industries you support, as well as the firm's practice areas and services provided. You will work with clients and foreign nationals to develop case strategies, assess eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status, and support immigration program management and compliance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior Associates and contribute to team meetings and firmwide activities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a . JD or LLM, be a member of a . State bar or Washington DC bar association, and have 2-3 years of experience at the Associate level. An expanded practical understanding of immigration law and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
