**Job Summary**

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team in Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will specialize in litigation and complex bankruptcy, and must have been admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide counsel to clients on legal matters related to litigation and complex bankruptcy
- Manage a variety of bankruptcy cases from filing to discharge
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Analyze legal issues and provide effective advice and counsel to clients
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Research legal issues and develop legal strategies
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence and client service

**Requirements**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
- 5+ years of experience in litigation and complex bankruptcy
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
