Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm, is seeking a Tax Controversy Counsel to join our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department in multiple offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax attorney to join a dynamic and reputable firm with a strong national presence. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation, as well as be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Responsibilities:
- Handle tax court cases and provide representation for clients in civil and criminal tax controversy matters
- Utilize knowledge and experience to advise clients on whistleblower claims and voluntary offshore disclosures
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive and effective legal solutions

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required
- Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides
- 8-10 years of tax litigation experience required
- Strong academic record and analytical skills are essential

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven experience with tax court cases and civil and criminal tax controversy matters
- Familiarity with whistleblower claims and voluntary offshore disclosures preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
