# Business & Commercial Litigation Associate at Sullivan Hill

Sullivan Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join its San Diego office as a Business & Commercial Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant litigation experience, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and advocacy skills, and deposition experience.

## Qualifications

* Must be admitted to the California Bar
* Substantive experience in the area of business and/or commercial litigation
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Analytical and advocacy skills
* Deposition experience
* Demonstrated leadership and initiative
* Ability to assume significant responsibility immediately
* Exceptional academic and professional credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school (preferred)

## Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 depending on experience. In addition, Sullivan Hill offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, as well as excellent benefits and strong opportunities for advancement.
