Associate Senior Legal Counsel, DX AI/ML: Job Overview Adobe is seeking a highly-motivated attorney with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide legal advice and guidance to our product and business teams, as well as stay on top of industry developments related to AI/ML. This is a full-time position based in either San Jose, CA, San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY. Responsibilities: - Provide legal support and guidance to teams working with AI/ML technology - Establish positive relationships with legal, product, engineering, and business teams and ensure alignment with company policies - Assist with process-related tasks such as updates to forms and drafting templates - Stay informed about legal and industry developments related to AI/ML, including regulation, privacy legislation, and software licensing Qualifications: - . from an accredited law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar - 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house - Knowledge of intellectual property issues related to AI/ML - Strong interest in and/or knowledge of emerging AI technologies - Familiarity with regulatory developments affecting AI/ML - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and business instincts Compensation Information: - The salary range for this position is $136,500 - $261,000 annually, depending on location and experience - Sales roles include commission as part of the total target compensation (TTC) - Non-sales roles include short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) - Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award Equal Employment Opportunity: Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
