The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients and managing their own caseload of clients as well as their team.

### Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Estate Planning Attorney, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

* Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (Licensed in South Carolina is a plus).
* 3+ years’ Experience with estate planning.
* Adequate skill in working independently on cases while maintaining a client base.
* Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills specifically in emotional situations.
* Ability to maintain professionalism while showing empathy to all clients.
* Creative and able to think outside of the box.
* Organized
* Energetic
* Self-motivated
* Problem solvers with the ability to identify solutions.
* Active members of their community (Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln County involvement is a plus).
