What You'll Do

- As a Legal Technology Senior, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP by:
- Managing client relationships and project teams
- Optimizing tax and legal processes through technology
- Developing and leveraging automation and innovative solutions
- Providing training and support for software and processes
- Assisting with project management tasks
- Understanding and articulating the broader practice and Deloitte overall
- Developing team members
- Participating in business development and pursuit teams

The Team

- Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice helps tax departments streamline, transparent, and efficient tax function
- Specializes in tax and effectively addresses unique needs, requirements, and obligations of corporate tax functions
- Globally aligned team to support clients' objectives and challenges
- Multi-disciplinary approach combining tax technical and technology skillsets

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a hybrid work model requiring in-person work 2-3 days per week
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for work
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with implementation of Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis or any other CLM software, document extraction and data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools
- Active accreditation or willingness to obtain one, such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS data scientist, paralegal certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect and TAP

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with template rationalization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting process design

Salary Information

- Wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs
- Estimated salary range for this role is $80,920 to $184,210
- Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program
